Wow… hard workouts! Not looking forward to them at all. As soon as I finish, I am overwhelmed with the fact that I have to do them again in 24 hours.
Disappointed by Patrick’s email about the ab flexing thing. I'm still working on getting the fat off there. Guess I have a longer way to go.
All in all my spirits are up and I am hopeful that I will at the very least loose some more fat, and hopefully tone a bit more. Maybe I will never be able to do a pull up, but I will keep trying none the less.
Whoever told me about the cinnamon in the dinner time shake, I love you :) why didn’t I think of that!? Brilliant!

I tried a recipe from Chris -
Milk, banana, teaspoon instant coffee, shake of cinammon, egg white (uncooked) and it was LUSH. She called it 'Monkey on my back'!

My ab fat has been there for me a long time. We have a history. It's probably not going without a fight, so I am trying to jump rope before breakfast. This ain't a pretty sight. Wish me luck!
