Take a pitta and using a pizza roller slice it into small bite sized pieces. Bake the pitta till it is crispy. You may have to just watch it, using a toaster oven is actually easier I think.
Dips:
Steam broccoli and then blend it. Add in roasted garlic and your favorite spice like thyme or rosemary, maybe both! Then add a sprinkle of flour just to hold it together. Blend it all up with a dash of milk for a little creaminess.
Tomato diced, garlic powder, small amount of red onion diced. Then add in a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, dried oregano and fresh cilantro use a handful of this. A little black pepper and you can jazz it up with some red pepper flakes if you want some spice. Lastly I put in a handful of diced pineapple or peaches. The other thing you can do with this is put the toppings on your chips with some chicken and broil them for a few moments for some nacho like lunches.
Shred chicken after baking and add in tomatoes, onion powder, chilli powder, garlic (can you tell I am a garliholic?), corn, poblano pepper diced and a bit of yogurt. Stir it up and it makes a great heavy dip, or add it to bread for a pulled pork type sandwich.
