I am wobbling today. I thought this was the easy week ;) My legs are very sore, I guess the road in front of me is longer than I first anticipated.
The half diet thing isn't too bad. I have been calculating my calorie intake just for fun. I was intrigued to see if Patrick was right about half being the amount we should be eating. It is just about spot on. Kinda funny how that is.
Today I will set up my photo account so I can take my week one photo. It has been fun getting to know everyone in my group via email. Looks like a lot of you are Divers. I just got into it and I am loving it! A bunch of foodies out there too!
Well I better get to work. I will Blog again tonight about today's events. I forgot too yesterday, Not used to this new routine quite yet but I am getting there!
Hi Kristi! How is your week of food farewells going? I think we might be in the group of foodies. How did Patrick know? Hmmm. Already he's in our heads! Already counting the calories - wow!! I'd actually be really interested in seeing some of the food websites you write for. Maybe you could send me some of the links. Good luck with day 4!
