This morning I got up at 6am but I was so sore. Is anyone else feeling this? I decided to give my body the morning off.
I had lunch with my Mom today, it was nice, she is very supportive of the PCP. We went to one of my favorite resturaunts, Two Senioritas. I had the quarto, chicken enchilada, hard taco, beans and rice. Leaving half of this on my plate was sad. Mostly because it was delicious. I was satisfied after, so I used Partick's trick and talked to my body. I told it that although the food was good, I was satisfied and there was no need to keep eating. I think it listened because I didn't feel the need for a snack in the afternoon.
After work I did my jump roping, squats, push ups and Sit ups. I think I like doing them in the mornings better, it's cooler outside, and there is no neighbors out watching me trip over the jump rope. I hope I get the hang of this soon.
